Lunching With High Society
Late MP Dullah Omar's wife Farida was one of the guests for lunch at Ayubs moms place. She's seen here holding Rashid Ahmed.
Lunch At Ayubs Moms Place
This was like Grand Central Station on Eid Day. I think there must have been over 50 people for lunch. I stopped counting after 25, so im not too sure.
Introducing Luqman
This is Ayubs younger brother Luqman. Whats he doing with that huge camera, you ask? Well he's into photography or movies of some sort, im not too sure. I was too afraid to ask actually, coz he looks like a mix between a mad scientist and a New York hippie.

This is Ayubs mom, also known as Aunty Najoo. On the left of the pic, in her arm is Ayub and Nida's son Rashid Ahmed (named after Ayubs dad and Aunty Najoo's late husband), and on the right, needing no introduction, is Sabreen.
Nabeelah & Sabreen
This is Nabeelah, Ayubs niece and about the only person I've seen who's able to feed, change nappies and put babies to bed faster than Mother Teressa. Unfortunately she's not available for babysitting to the general public :)

Rashid Ahmed Set 1
Amazing how much kids can grow in just one week. This is Rashid Ahmed now, almost a week after I first saw him.

Sabreen (laying down) gets to chat with her cousin Rashid Ahmed. The Maiden and my brother-in-law Ayub are merely spectators.
The Pink Hat
So we get to Cape Town, and after Day 3 we realise The Butterfly doesnt have any summer hats, especially for those blazing Cape sunny days on the beach.
